Sigrid studied philosophy, German literature and political studies and extensively practiced dramaturge in dance. She has been practicing yoga since 2002 and started teaching yoga five years later. Sigrid became a dedicated yoga teacher in 2013 and now focuses on dynamic Hatha Yoga: it is not so much about impressive contortions or postures but rather about getting to know one’s body and finding an inner balance and peace. Her approach to yoga is sometimes relaxing, sometimes challenging, but always a worthwhile adventure. She considers yoga as a wonderful link between the spiritual and physical sphere that allows everyone to aim for equilibrium and contribute to a greater balance.
