Khadija Chataoui

khadija-chataouiKhadija is a Moroccan cook with great knowledge and experience in the preparation of traditional dishes. Married and the mother of four children, she worked for a long time in hotels, riads, and in families in Marrakech where she always distinguished herself with her talent and her gastronomic creativity. In 2012, she was co-founder of the Amal Association and has since dedicated herself to the instruction and training of marginalized women to pass on to them her culinary know-how and her love for traditional cuisine. During her career, Khadija has received several diplomas and qualifications rewarding her for her mastery of Moroccan cuisine and traditional pastries.
